PU FOAMING MACHINE

  • 1. Daejin PU Foaming Machines are low pressure Foaming machines based on 2-component raw material(Polyol & Isocyanate) circulation mode.
  • 2. Except DJ-1000 and DJ-400, all the machines have precise temperature control function for each raw material(Polyol & Isocyanate).
  • 3. Daejin's characteristic mixing head makes the high efficiency mixing.
  • 4. Adding one more Polyol tank with the manual color changeable system, you can produce two kinds of color products.
  • 5. Feed Pump (Option) :For transferring the raw materials from drum to tank.
  • 6. We are able to produce any specific requirements by the customer.
